Description

You will design and implement stable AI agents for specific business scenarios. You’ll experiment with new AI tools, workflows, and prototypes, and tune prompts, architecture, and context so agents produce high-quality, usable outputs. The goal is to turn ideas from prototypes into working intelligent systems.

Responsibilities

• Propose and implement new, stable AI agents for business use cases
• Test new AI tools, workflows, and prototypes to validate what works in real operations
• Improve agent answers by working on prompts, architecture, and context
• Support the transition from prototype ideas to functional solutions

Requirements

• University degree (VŠ)
• Czech (C2, native level) and English (B1) for professional communication
• Technical orientation in how code, APIs, data, or AI works
• Strong interest in AI with willingness to learn quickly, test, debug, and iterate
• Ability to apply AI thinking to specific real-world scenarios (retail/real-estate experience is an advantage)
