Description

You will develop and optimize Large Language Model (LLM) applications, including prompt engineering, tool calls, and structured output parsing. You will also design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and architect agentic AI systems for autonomous workflows. You will spend 10% of your time on applied research and demonstrate prototypes to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development and optimization of LLM applications (prompt engineering, tool calls, structured output parsing)

• Design and implement advanced RAG systems (document processing, chunking, embeddings, hybrid/semantic search)

• Architect and develop agentic AI systems (autonomous workflows) using agent frameworks

• Dedicate 10% of time to applied research in generative AI

• Present findings and prototype demos; translate technical concepts into business value

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the field/position

• University degree (II. level) in Information Technology

• Upper intermediate English (B2)

• Expert Python knowledge applied to LLM and generative AI (including OpenAI, LangChain, LangGraph, Langfuse)

• Experience with prompt engineering, RAG systems, and agentic frameworks

• Strong understanding of vector databases, embedding techniques, and semantic search

• Ability to analyze root causes of complex AI system issues and devise solutions

• Strong foundation in traditional ML techniques (clustering, regression, neural networks)

• Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications for AI prototypes and proof-of-concepts

• Proven cloud experience, mainly AWS

• Excellent communication skills for non-technical stakeholders
