Description

You will lead and coordinate hardware and mobile rollouts for managed service offerings covering MSAP Apple and MSAP Client, and manage the associated order, service, and rollout processes. You will act as the central interface for customers, manufacturers, service providers, and internal delivery units, and support customer projects. You will also provide technical and functional consulting during new-customer and ongoing service meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate hardware and mobile telecom rollouts for the managed services you own (MSAP Apple and MSAP Client)

• Perform order, service, and rollout management for MSAP Apple and MSAP Client

• Serve as the primary contact and central interface for customers, manufacturers, service providers, and delivery units

• Lead and participate in customer projects

• Act as the contact for functional and technical questions about MSAP Apple and MSAP Client

• Conduct consulting sessions for new customers and service meetings for existing customers regarding MSAP Apple and MSAP Client
