Description

Provide day-to-day support to business users working with SAP S/4HANA, mainly in the SAP SD module. Troubleshoot SAP issues, optimize existing business processes, and support standard SAP S/4HANA functionality and related connected systems, add-ons, and areas. Participate in rollouts, upgrades, and implementation projects; support training, maintain documentation, and further develop in-house SD solutions and enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for SAP S/4HANA users in SAP SD

• Troubleshoot SAP-related issues and improve/optimize processes

• Support SAP SD functionality and connected areas/add-ons/systems

• Participate in SAP rollouts, upgrades, and implementation projects

• Support users during training and drive SAP adoption

• Create and maintain documentation for business processes and local developments

• Maintain and further develop in-house SAP SD solutions and enhancements

• Continuously improve and optimize SD module processes and solutions

• Coordinate external service providers and developers

• Ensure compliance with SLAs, IT guidelines, corporate policies, and process instructions

Requirements

• Strong professional experience with SAP S/4HANA SD, including SAP SD customizing

• University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or comparable

• Good knowledge of SAP SD business processes and related interfaces, add-ons, modules, and systems

• Experience in global IT environments and with international teams

• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) business processes

• Fluent business English

• Good project management and analytical skills
