Description

You will tailor customer applications and act as an application coach in close collaboration with product management and sales. You will ensure day-to-day operation of applications for Eddicy products, evaluate the technical feasibility of improvement ideas, and implement solutions according to the agreed product roadmap. You will also monitor market trends, support competitive analysis, and help harmonize, digitize, and automate the responsible processes and applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate individual customer application adaptations with product management and sales
• Identify and consolidate market trends and provide insights to specialist departments
• Participate in competition analysis and highlight competitive advantages
• Ensure operation of applications for Eddicy products and own the applications, processes, and technologies delivered by the team
• Assess technical development ideas for feasibility based on market and customer requirements
• Implement solutions within the product-management-aligned roadmap
• Create concepts to harmonize, digitize, and automate responsible processes and applications

Requirements

• Completed technical degree (preferably in Electrical Engineering) or comparable technical education
• Strong understanding of customer applications
• Customer-oriented application coaching mindset with a hands-on approach
• Initiative, structured working style, team orientation
• Strong communication and ability to drive decisions
• Entrepreneurial thinking and ability to balance company and customer interests
• Intercultural understanding with fluent German and English
