Description

You will analyze, design, and implement requirements for e-business and integrations coming from sales, marketing, customer service, and e-commerce. You will manage and continuously improve the company’s digital system landscape (online shop, CRM, PIM), including interfaces and EDI processes. You will also ensure data quality, troubleshoot issues, and support projects from concept through go-live with testing and UAT.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, conceptualize, and implement requirements for sales, marketing, customer service, and e-business
• Manage and further develop the digital system landscape (online shop, CRM, PIM)
• Plan, implement, and optimize interfaces and EDI processes
• Analyze and optimize business processes, data flows, and middleware solutions
• Create functional concepts, specifications, and user stories
• Contribute to the introduction of new digital solutions and automation
• Ensure data quality via imports, reconciliations, and plausibility checks
• Perform error analysis and troubleshooting in applications, interfaces, and processes
• Support requirements and projects from concept through go-live
• Conduct functional, integration, and user acceptance tests
• Coordinate with internal departments and external service providers and partners

Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or comparable qualification
• Experience as Business Analyst, Application Specialist, or similar role; ideally in e-commerce
• Good understanding of e-commerce processes (ERP systems, interfaces, payment providers, etc.)
• Analytical mindset and ability to structure complex topics clearly
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment working with different stakeholders
• Very good German and good English skills
