Description

You will prioritize and deliver customer-specific application adaptations in coordination with Product Management and Sales, acting as an interface between customers and internal teams.

You will monitor market and technology trends, consolidate insights for specialist departments, support competitive analysis, and ensure secure application operations for Eddicy products.

You will assess technical feasibility of improvements from market and customer needs, implement solutions within the product roadmap, and create concepts to harmonize, digitize, and automate responsible processes and applications.

Requirements

• Completed technical degree (preferably Electrical Engineering) or comparable technical training

• Strong understanding of customer applications

• Advantage: experience in renewable energy and/or e-mobility

• Ability to act as an application coach for customers with a hands-on approach

• High initiative and structured working style; team-oriented

• Strong communication and ability to drive decisions

• Entrepreneurial thinking and ability to balance company and customer interests

• Cross-cultural understanding

• Fluent German and business-level English proficiency
