Description

As a Production Plant Manager, you ensure high-quality and efficient production while following all internal and external regulations. You operate, monitor, and document filling systems, optimize processes, and handle machine setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance coordination. You also lead and train production staff and ensure adherence to quality and energy standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality-focused, efficient production in line with internal and external rules
• Operate, control, and monitor filling plants; document processes
• Optimize work and process flows within your area and across adjacent areas
• Troubleshoot faults, perform machine changeovers, set up equipment
• Coordinate and carry out repairs, cleaning, and maintenance work
• Lead, train, and develop employees in the production area
• Determine spare parts requirements and initiate procurement
• Document actions taken
• Ensure compliance with quality and energy standards

Requirements

• Completed training in the food industry or a technical field
• Readiness to work in a 3-shift system and occasionally on weekends
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle daily new challenges
• Technical understanding with independent, solution-oriented work
• Holistic problem-solving and cross-boundary thinking
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Precise, reliable work with high quality and responsibility awareness
• Strong teamwork skills and enjoyment of working with people
