Description

You will own the vision and strategy for CAVA and drive its economic success in international markets. You will translate customer and market needs into product strategy and a roadmap, working closely with development and sales and serving as the central contact for technical and domain questions. You will also support sales through customer presentations, product demos, workshops, and training.

Requirements

• Completed degree in engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable qualification

• Solid experience in the automotive industry; good understanding of OEM processes and relevant automotive standards

• Experience in product management, CAD/PLM environment, or a comparable role

• Strong communication skills and team spirit

• Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
