Description

Own mission-driven self-custody projects from first idea through shipped product releases across suite, firmware, and hardware. Define the vision and roadmap, prototype to validate with real users (using AI for speed), and collaborate with engineers, designers, and cryptographers on technical feasibility, cryptography/protocol design, and device constraints. Maintain quality and consistency across device, desktop, and mobile, and present and defend direction to stakeholders up to C-level.

Responsibilities

• Own self-custody projects end to end (idea to shipped product)
• Gather input from users, support, partners, the crypto industry, and internal teams; translate into clear problem statements
• Build vision and roadmap and break down work so every team understands what and why
• Prototype yourself; use AI to create clickable concepts quickly for user testing
• Work with experts across teams to solve hard problems (cryptography/protocols, feasibility on device, design)
• Finish the project with delivery teams across suite, firmware, and hardware while keeping the full-picture perspective
• Ensure solution quality and coherence across device, desktop, and mobile; defend consistency
• Monitor constraints for real-world viability (interoperability, hardware physical limits)
• Present and defend direction to stakeholders, facilitating difficult cross-team conversations

Requirements

• Senior product experience owning ambitious end-to-end initiatives
• Technical mindset with ability to engage in deep technical discussions
• Strong opinions and practical understanding of seed backup, recovery, inheritance, and multisig
• Ability to generate ideas continuously (not just collect requirements)
• Exceptional written and spoken communication
• Persuasive influence based on high-quality thinking
• Deep knowledge of the crypto industry with active hands-on use
• Daily, fluent use of AI for prototyping, research, and thinking
• Comfort with autonomy and ambiguity
• Fluency in English
• Strong Plus experience with hardware devices, embedded systems, secure elements, or other constrained environments
• Background in security, cryptography, or privacy-preserving technologies
• Hands-on familiarity with advanced wallet setups across Bitcoin, Ethereum, and other ecosystems
• Experience with qualitative user research and/or designing/testing prototypes
• Ability to collaborate onsite regularly in Prague
