Description

You will work with customers to maintain, develop, and improve solutions built on a no-code platform that extracts text and data from documents (using OCR/ICR/OMR) and sends it into systems such as DMS, CRM, and records management. Programming is not required—training is provided from A to Z as you move from support and edits to owning customer projects. You’ll also handle Jira Helpdesk tickets and occasionally support technical solution discussions with a sales colleague.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver projects for customers

• Maintain, develop, and continuously improve solutions

• Support technical solution design during customer meetings

• Resolve requests and tickets in Jira Helpdesk

• Gradually build your own customer base and projects

Requirements

• At least 3 years of IT experience

• Ability to understand how software works

• Independence and accountability

• Clear communication with customers and colleagues

• English level enabling you to work with technical documentation

• Willingness to learn new technologies
