Description

You will be an experienced Atlassian Cloud expert supporting the international Atlassian Platform team for the dm group. The engagement covers architecture, process automation, platform usage standards, and recommendations for further platform development based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide administration and continued development of the Atlassian Cloud environment (Jira, Confluence, Atlassian Guard, Marketplace apps)

• Configure and optimize Jira workflows, screens, schemes, and project configuration according to internal team needs

• Administer Confluence spaces, layouts, and permissions to support effective documentation and collaboration

• Manage users, groups, and applications via Atlassian Guard with security standards and platform governance in mind

• Evaluate, maintain, and support Marketplace apps in line with organizational needs and security standards

• Design, implement, and maintain automations using Automation for Jira to reduce manual work

• Support dm group users through ticket handling, problem analysis, and smooth tool usage

• Consult internal teams and co-create solutions for complex Atlassian ecosystem challenges

• Design and deliver internal trainings/onboarding formats for Atlassian tools

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of practical experience administering Jira Cloud, Confluence Cloud and/or Atlassian Guard

• Ability to independently deliver services and formulate recommendations for platform development

• Advanced communication skills

• Pragmatic approach to problem solving and readiness to act hands-on

• Practical Jira configuration knowledge: workflows, screens, schemes, custom fields, permission models

• Experience designing and implementing Automation for Jira rules

• Confluence administration experience: spaces, layouts, templates, permissions

• Knowledge of Atlassian Guard: user management, security policies, governance

• Experience assessing and managing Atlassian Marketplace apps

• Support-oriented mindset and patience in communication with users of different technical levels

• Fluent communication in Polish, German, and English at least B2 level
