Description

You will manage change and release coordination for a financial project involving multiple technology changes within the z/OS mainframe environment. You will act as the single point of contact for change-related processes, coordinating with stakeholders, technical teams, and business representatives to plan and oversee release cycles. You will mitigate risks and support smooth delivery of both business and technical changes.

Responsibilities

• Manage change for business process and technical changes

• Coordinate communication and alignment with business and technical stakeholders

• Facilitate changes required from application development teams

• Run change and release management processes according to internal bank procedures and guidelines

• Coordinate information sharing and upskilling activities for relevant users

Requirements

• 5+ years of project/programme management in a large organization

• Change and release management experience

• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders
