Description

You will help organizations simplify work and improve how they operate by implementing and supporting practical digital solutions. Focus areas include Google Workspace administration and collaboration support, website design and development, automation and application integrations (e.g., with Make), meaningful AI use-case enablement, and UX design such as user needs research and validating usability. Collaboration can be project-based or long-term, depending on your expertise and capacity.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support digital solutions in one or more focus areas
• Understand organizational needs and propose solutions that fit available capabilities
• Communicate with non-technical stakeholders and translate requirements into implementable work
• Work independently, keep agreements, and surface blockers or problems early
• Ensure solutions are secure, maintainable, and usable for end users
• Potentially lead consultations based on experience and interest

Requirements

• Practical experience in at least one of the specified areas, with concrete results
• Ability to assess organizational needs and design feasible solutions
• Ability to communicate effectively with people without technical knowledge
• Independent working style and reliability in meeting timelines
• Security-, maintainability-, and usability-oriented mindset
• Nonprofit/public sector experience is a plus
