Description

You will support Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) by collecting technical data, maintaining the CSDB database, and creating XML modules and publications according to ASD S1000D. You will also model maintenance plans from analytical outputs and create/manage controlled documentation. The role requires active communication with internal departments and an international customer base.

Responsibilities

• Collect technical data

• Populate and maintain the CSDB (Common Source DataBase)

• Create data modules and generate publications

• Communicate with other company departments and the foreign customer

• Model maintenance plans based on analytical outputs

• Create and manage controlled documentation

Requirements

• Practical experience with XML

• Advanced MS Excel skills

• English language knowledge at B2 level (especially for phone communication and understanding/creating technical documentation)

• Ability to work according to standards and follow procedures

• Analytical personality type; ability to work with large volumes of data
