• Role: IT Management Support Analyst (Analyst for IT Management Support Department)

Description

You will coordinate analytical activities across large, nationally significant information and communication systems and their infrastructure, including analyses of business/process, security, applications, data, operations, and impact. You will also analyze long-term information needs strategy, assess system development/operation/innovation/maintenance, support IT project management, and provide user support. In addition, you will contribute to internal IT management materials and to the preparation of procurement (tender) documentation for IT.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate analytical work covering subject, process, security, application, data, operational, and impact analyses for large national systems

• Perform analyses related to long-term information needs and ICT infrastructure strategy

• Analyze development, operations, innovations, and maintenance of ICT systems and their alignment with national information policy and international requirements

• Lead or coordinate IT projects

• Provide support to users

• Participate in projects for institute information systems

• Prepare management documentation

• Prepare materials to support IT management within the institute

• Prepare materials and assist in producing tender documentation for IT procurement

Requirements

• Master’s degree (or secondary education with a high-school diploma plus at least 3 years of relevant experience)

• Intermediate English proficiency

• Conscientiousness and attention to detail
