Description

Build and evolve scalable Go (Golang) backend applications for a high-traffic email services platform. Collaborate on design and deployment of AWS-based solutions and take part in end-to-end projects—from requirements analysis through implementation, deployment, and maintenance. Use AI tools as an integral part of the engineering workflow (AI-builder/AI-SDLC), including agentic coding tools, while ensuring security and code quality.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop scalable backend applications in Go

• Work with the team on designing and deploying AWS-based solutions

• Participate in end-to-end delivery: requirements, design, implementation, deployment, and maintenance

• Apply AI-builder approach within the AI-SDLC: use AI tools in designing, implementing, testing, and evolving software

• Use tools such as Claude Code, Codex, and GitHub Copilot to accelerate and automate engineering tasks

• Ensure security and high code quality using best practices

• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and business teams

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience programming in Go

• Practical AWS knowledge

• Experience in project work and documenting solutions

• Experience with microservices architecture

• Ability to work in an AI-SDLC environment and effectively use AI in software development

• Fluent agentic workflow using tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar

• Communication skills and ability to work in a team
