Description

You will help build and maintain platforms and tools that enable development teams to deploy machine learning applications faster and with less friction. The work is done in a full Scrum framework and in a cross-functional team that includes Python and Machine Learning specialists. The role emphasizes cloud scalability, DevOps automation, and strong Python expertise.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable platform components for ML application deployment

• Drive cloud and DevOps automation (CI/CD and infrastructure as code)

• Refactor and optimize Python code for platform quality and performance

• Support containerized and orchestrated workflows for ML

• Implement and improve security best practices in cloud/ML environments

• Work with ML orchestration, monitoring, and model lifecycle practices

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a platform engineer or software engineer with advanced Cloud & DevOps

• Experience with at least one major cloud platform (GCP, Azure, or AWS)

• Strong engineering mindset (scalable, high-quality software; best practices in structure, design patterns, and testing)

• Expert in Python; ability to refactor and optimize other engineers’ code

• Advanced knowledge of a type-safe language (bonus: Go and/or Rust)

• Hands-on DevOps experience with CI/CD and infrastructure automation

• Experience with GitHub Actions or GitLab CI

• Experience with Terraform

• Experience with Docker
