We are looking for a highly analytical and commercially minded Renewals Financial Manager to join a dynamic Finance team supporting one of the fastest-growing subscription businesses within a leading global technology company.

This role sits at the intersection of Finance, Renewals, Pricing, Sales Operations, and Customer Success, providing critical financial insight and governance across the renewals lifecycle. You will partner with stakeholders across the business to optimize pricing, improve processes, support strategic decision-making, and drive sustainable growth within a recurring revenue environment.

What You Will Be Doing

• Drive renewals quote reviews and approvals, including support for complex strategic pricing decisions.
• Ensure deals are accurate, compliant with company policies, and aligned with business objectives.
• Analyze subscription and install base changes, identifying drivers behind renewals and contract modifications.
• Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis and financial trends.
• Support pricing optimization initiatives, discount governance, and revenue enhancement programs.
• Develop and improve reporting, dashboards, and analytical tools to support business decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Accounting, and IT teams.
• Standardize and automate reporting processes to improve scalability and efficiency.
• Contribute to policy development, governance frameworks, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Perform ad hoc financial analyses to support strategic and operational business decisions.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Revenue Finance, Pricing, Renewals, or a similar analytical finance function.
• Experience within a subscription, SaaS, software, technology, or recurring revenue business environment is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities.
• Proven ability to interpret complex data and present clear business recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a fast-changing environment.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, NetSuite, or similar systems is advantageous.
