Description

Support users of the Loan IQ application for tickets, incidents, and day-to-day issues. Analyze and resolve problems, monitor the production environment, and coordinate with users and technical teams during incidents. Participate in testing and quality checks after new releases and maintain documentation and a knowledge base.

Responsibilities

• Provide user support for Loan IQ requests, incidents, and ongoing problems
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to application operation
• Monitor the production environment and respond to potential irregularities
• Communicate with users and technical teams during incidents
• Participate in testing and quality controls after new application versions are deployed
• Create and develop documentation and the knowledge base
• Actively contribute to initiatives improving support quality and application functioning

Requirements

• Commercial knowledge of the Loan IQ system (and/or structured finance domain)
• Bachelor’s degree in banking, finance, or IT
• English communication skills at C1 level
• Ability to analyze complex problems and find effective solutions
• User-focused approach with commitment to high-quality support and continuous process improvement
• Ability to work effectively in a team and international environment
• Proactive mindset and continuous improvement attitude
• Nice to have: knowledge of relational databases and SQL
