Description

You will design and develop Paperless solutions that support digital document flow, including e-signature, workflow, and electronic archiving. The position is hands-on: you will implement architecture and code, build REST/SOAP integrations (e.g., with ECM and data platforms), and evolve microservices for performance, security, and stability. You will also maintain CI/CD on Azure DevOps and containerized environments, while analyzing backend/integration logs and metrics and collaborating with frontend teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Java/Spring Boot applications for digital document circulation (e-signature, workflow, electronic archiving)
• Participate in Paperless solution architecture and actively create and evolve production code
• Design and develop integrations using REST API, SOAP, and other integration mechanisms (e.g., ECM and Data Lake platforms)
• Develop microservices-based solutions and ensure performance, security, and stability
• Maintain and improve CI/CD processes in Azure DevOps and container environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Maintain and optimize runtime environments, including Apache Tomcat, Linux, and Windows Server
• Analyze and solve issues across backend, integrations, logs, metrics, and frontend layer (Angular or React)
• Collaborate with technology and business teams on design, delivery, and continuous improvement
• Create and update technical documentation and improve development standards and best practices

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of commercial Java application development experience
• Strong daily working knowledge of Java and Spring Boot
• Experience designing and implementing REST APIs
• Ability to work fluently with microservices architecture
• Solid knowledge of relational databases and SQL
• Proficiency with Git
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD (Azure DevOps)
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with application servers (Apache Tomcat)
• Experience working with Linux and Windows Server
• Knowledge of Angular or React sufficient to analyze code and diagnose errors
• Understanding distributed systems architecture and integration using REST and SOAP
• Ability to produce clear technical documentation
• Strong troubleshooting and solution-proposal skills, with effective cross-team collaboration
