Role Description

Design future-proof software architectures in the .NET environment and drive their implementation in complex projects. Work across classic enterprise architectures (e.g., monoliths, client-server, on-prem) and modern cloud-native scenarios (microservices, containers, event-driven).

Responsibilities

• Define architecture and technology standards such as Cloud-native, API-First, Security by Design, and Domain-Driven Design
• Support teams in implementing standards and architecture concepts
• Collaborate with customers, business areas, and engineering teams from requirements analysis through productive rollout
• Bring trends into projects, including AI integration, serverless, observability, Zero-Trust security, and DevSecOps

Requirements

• Completed degree in (business) informatics or comparable qualification
• Multi-year experience designing and documenting complex software architectures (on-prem and cloud)
• Strong .NET Core and C# expertise
• Cloud services knowledge (Azure/AWS/GCP)
• Container orchestration experience (Kubernetes) and IaC with Terraform and Bicep
• Experience modernizing existing systems to microservices, cloud, and SaaS
• Knowledge of requirements analysis, operating concepts, security architectures, and legacy transformation
• Ability to moderate architecture workshops and coach developer teams as a bridge between business and tech
• Deep AI expertise and ability to actively shape responsible AI use for customers and internally
• Fluent German and English (spoken and written)
