Description

Drive change initiatives by clarifying and documenting functional and non-functional requirements for T24 and reporting solutions. Analyze business needs, systems, and data models to support solution design, define acceptance criteria, and cover standard and exception processing. Investigate production incidents and data discrepancies across systems to ensure robust, scalable, and stable production outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Clarify, document, and communicate functional and non-functional requirements for change initiatives
• Drive assigned initiatives with multiple stakeholders toward the target state
• Analyze business needs, systems, and data models to support solution design
• Translate business needs into requirements for T24 and reporting solutions
• Analyze end-to-end data flows across T24, integrations, data platforms, and reporting systems
• Facilitate workshops with business, architects, developers, testers, and reporting teams
• Identify upstream and downstream impacts, including data lineage, reconciliation, controls, and operational processes
• Support solution design by clarifying T24 configuration, account events, transaction flows, interfaces, and reporting requirements
• Define acceptance criteria and test scenarios for standard and exception processing
• Investigate production incidents and data discrepancies across systems
• Collaborate with Product Owners and development teams throughout refinement and delivery
• Own cross-system issues until root cause, impact, and resolution are identified
• Contribute to application modernization, simplification, and innovation initiatives
• Ensure solutions meet scope, quality standards, and delivery timelines
• Strengthen application robustness, scalability, and production stability
• Provide guidance, facilitation, coaching, and review within area of responsibility
• Support agile collaboration across business, IT, and external partners

Requirements

• Strong requirements analysis skills
• Business and banking domain knowledge
• Proficiency in SQL and ability to work with large, complex datasets
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
• Ability to define functional and non-functional requirements
• Understanding of end-to-end data flows, data lineage, reconciliation, and reporting processes
• Experience facilitating workshops with cross-functional stakeholders
• Knowledge of deposits, accounts, balances, interest, fees, value dates, postings, and transaction lifecycle
• Experience creating source-to-target mappings and business data definitions
• Ability to define acceptance criteria, test scenarios, and expected results
• Experience investigating production incidents and data discrepancies across multiple systems
• Ability to work closely with Product Owners and developers throughout delivery
• Ability to manage cross-system issues and drive resolution
• Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments
• Self-organizing and self-driven approach; proactive and innovative mindset
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and adapt to change
• Very good command of English (spoken and written)
