Description

Design and build greenfield, scalable applications for AWS sales planning using native AWS services. You will develop, test, deploy, and support microservices and full-stack web components, while translating requirements into well-architected solutions. The role includes troubleshooting production issues and participating in an agile Scrum environment with on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Write, test, and deploy code using Amazon and AWS tools
• Perform technical analysis, design, development, and implementation of applications
• Participate in the planning and analysis of requirements for system enhancements, translating requirements into well-architecture solutions
• Troubleshoot and fix defects for planned releases and production issues
• Work with a cross-functional Scrum team and product manager to maintain and enhance products and services
• Participate in an on-call rotation

Requirements

• 4+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 4+ years of full software development life cycle experience (coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations)
• 3+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience (design patterns, reliability, and scaling) of new and existing systems
• 3+ years of programming in a modern language such as Java, C++, or C# (including object-oriented design experience)
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
