Build and deliver scalable, resilient services for Amazon Connect, a cloud contact center that enables engaging, personal customer service experiences. Own code end-to-end from design to development and work across the stack using modern web, SOA, NoSQL databases, and AI/ML-enabled AWS services. Contribute to solving complex engineering and algorithmic problems while maintaining a strong customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Own code end-to-end from design through development
• Collaborate with senior technical leaders across AWS
• Work across the stack (modern web, SOA, NoSQL, AI/ML, Big Data)
• Help design and deliver scalable, resilient systems
• Innovate on a new cloud service supporting modern contact centers

Requirements

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience (design patterns, reliability, scaling)
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language
• 3+ years covering full software development life cycle (coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, operations)
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
