Description

You will help Application Owners and application teams document authorization concepts and entitlements in a structured and compliant way. The role includes reviewing existing authorization/entitlement documentation, pre-filling a cloud-based documentation tool, and guiding onboarding activities and required inputs. You will also identify gaps or inconsistencies and support stakeholder review and sign-off.

Responsibilities

• Review existing authorization and entitlement documentation
• Pre-fill the cloud-based documentation tool using available information
• Prepare and organize application onboarding activities and guide Application Owners and Application Teams through onboarding
• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and unclear or missing information
• Support stakeholders through review and sign-off

Requirements

• Degree in IT Security, Computer Science, Business Administration, or comparable mix of education and practical experience
• Good understanding of IAM principles, authorization concepts, and entitlement structures
• Experience with application documentation or access-management processes
• Understanding of access risks, entitlement criticality, and recertification logic
• Experience in stakeholder management
• Strong communication and facilitation skills with technical teams and IT managers
• Fluent English and Polish
• Openness to regular visits to the Katowice office (1–2 times a week)
