Description

Design and develop complex IAM solutions with the Okta Workforce Identity Cloud, aligned to customer requirements. Analyze and implement customer needs to deliver secure access and user management, while staying current with IAM trends and presenting future-proof security strategies. Support implementations, run trainings for users/customers, and share knowledge within the team.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex IAM solutions on Okta Workforce Identity Cloud

• Analyze and implement customer requirements for identity and access needs

• Monitor IAM trends and contribute new ideas

• Define security strategies and present them in customer environments

• Implement Okta-based solutions and conduct user/customer training

• Develop and reuse standard solutions across customers

• Analyze complex issues and find innovative solutions

• Organize your work independently

Requirements

• Customer-facing experience in an IT system house or service provider

• Technical expertise with Okta Workforce Identity or comparable solutions

• Knowledge of IAM concepts and architectures

• Experience with Identity Governance (compliance, auditing, lifecycle management)

• Role-based access management knowledge

• Very good knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID, and SAML

• Initial experience leading IT projects independently

• Precise German and English communication, including with decision-makers

• Strong analytical and team-oriented working style
