Description

Design and develop complex Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using the Okta Workforce Identity Cloud, tailored to customer requirements. Analyze and implement customer IAM needs, define security strategies for future-proof access and user management, and deliver Okta-based solutions including user/customer training. Monitor IAM trends, bring new ideas, and continuously expand your team’s knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex IAM solutions with Okta Workforce Identity Cloud
• Analyze and implement customer IAM requirements
• Track IAM trends and propose improvements
• Define and present IAM security strategies in customer environments
• Implement Okta-based solutions and conduct user/customer training
• Develop and roll out standard solutions for customers
• Analyze complex topics and derive strategic solutions
• Independently plan and organize your daily work

Requirements

• Customer-facing experience at an IT system house or IT service provider
• Technical knowledge in Okta Workforce Identity or comparable solutions
• Knowledge of IAM concepts and architectures
• Experience with Identity Governance (compliance, auditing, lifecycle management)
• Experience with role-based access management
• Very good knowledge of authentication protocols: OAuth 2.0, OpenID, and SAML
• Initial experience independently running IT projects
• Precise communication in German and English (including with decision-makers)
• Analytical thinking and teamwork orientation
