Description

You work closely with the Sales team to help shape how digital pathology solutions are sold—structured, advisory-focused, and highly effective. In a highly relevant environment around digital pathology and diagnostics, you influence customer success and deal quality by turning customer needs into convincing solution scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Deliver demanding software demos for pathology institutes (remote and on-site)

• Work with Sales reps to understand pathology institute requirements and translate them into compelling solution scenarios

• Analyze customer processes (e.g., reporting workflows and LIS integrations) and derive appropriate solution scenarios

• Develop presentations and storylines for different stakeholders, including physicians, IT, and management

• Support proposals, pitches, and RFPs

• Provide expert consultation in regulated healthcare settings and build trust

• Feed structured feedback from customer conversations to product management

• Communicate the concrete value of the software and inspire customers with presentations about digital processes in pathology
