Description

You will help define and shape solution architecture for a Workforce Management platform, working with internal IT services and external partners to establish technology standards. The role focuses on architecture modeling, integration across Azure and SAP BTP, and close collaboration with product and development teams. You will also ensure that security, privacy, and compliance requirements are met.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an overview of a complex technology landscape and understand how DevOps, code repositories, SaaS, SAP BTP, and Azure work together

• Use architecture models to make informed decisions and ensure documentation of the application landscape

• Leverage new capabilities in Azure, SAP BTP, and mobile clients to drive technical and business innovation

• Collaborate with domain experts, Product Owners, and international development teams in BizDevOps settings

• Define guidelines, integrate the Workforce Management platform into the broader energy ecosystem, and ensure high quality

• Ensure solutions meet the highest security, data protection, and compliance standards to protect the platform and customer data

Requirements

• Degree in (business) informatics or comparable IT qualification

• Multi-year experience with complex IT landscapes involving different application depths

• Experience working with service providers and integrating externally delivered components

• Broad conceptual knowledge in cloud environments (Azure, SAP BTP, SaaS integration) and application integration (interfaces, contracts)

• Preferred: Knowledge of mobile development (Android, iOS)

• Negotiation-level German and very good English (at least B2)

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems
