Description

You will develop an existing data warehouse by translating business user needs into data models and source-to-target mappings. You will create and test SQL prototypes for the affected areas, support developers during implementation, and coordinate the rollout of changes.

Responsibilities

• Collect business user requirements and map them to data-warehouse areas and reporting content

• Define the target data model for each change

• Identify source data and specify precise source-to-target mappings

• Build and validate SQL prototypes following the established template

• Support the developer implementing the change

• Test the final solution and coordinate work across the change implementation

Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a Business-Systems Analyst for analytics/reporting systems

• 5+ years experience with data and data warehouses in an analyst role

• 5+ years experience in data modeling and data-warehouse process modeling

• Very strong SQL (any platform/technology)

• Knowledge of an integrated data model covering organization-wide data

• Experience building data warehouses, universal data models, and designing data processing algorithms and processes

• English level at least B2 (written and spoken) for communication with external vendors

• Fluent Polish

• Minimum secondary education; preferably IT-related higher education
