PROJECTJoin a global IT environment focused on maintaining and supporting secure Managed File Transfer (MFT) solutions.You will work with IBM Sterling technologies, file transfer protocols, and Windows/Linux environments, ensuring reliable and secure data exchange between internal and external systems.The role combines platform administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and operational support, with a focus on security, stability, and efficient file transmission.YOU WILLImplement, configure, and maintain Managed File Transfer (MFT) solutions based on IBM Sterling technologies.Administer and support IBM Sterling File Gateway (SFG) and related file transfer components.Configure and troubleshoot secure file transfers using SFTP, AS2, and HTTPS protocols.Manage and maintain file transfer environments running on Windows and Linux.Monitor file transmission processes, identify issues, and resolve operational incidents.Support configuration changes, system maintenance, and platform improvements.Collaborate with technical teams to ensure secure and reliable file exchange between systems.MUST HAVE2–3 years of experience in file transfer technologies, infrastructure administration, or a similar technical role.Hands-on experience with at least one of the following technologies:IBM Sterling File Gateway (SFG)IBM Connect:Direct (CD)IBM External Authentication ServerIBM Secure ProxyIBM Control CenterGood understanding of Managed File Transfer (MFT) solutions and file transmission processes.Practical experience with SFTP, AS2, and HTTPS protocols.Administration experience with both Windows and Linux environments.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.NICE TO HAVEExperience with multiple components of the IBM Sterling ecosystem.Knowledge of secure file transfer architecture and authentication mechanisms.Experience supporting file transfer solutions in enterprise environments.OUR OFFERThe relocation package (4500 PLN total value) is paid in three installments (1500 PLN per month) if your permanent office presence is mandatory and you need to relocate from another cityBenefits: Extended medical care (over 2000 medical facilities in Poland, 80 in Kraków) for you and your family; Multisport card; Life insurance
