• Role: ICT Procurement Specialist

Description

You will manage the full lifecycle of ICT procurement contracts (on-premise and SaaS) from requirements gathering to final archiving. You will classify procurement matters (technical and financial), coordinate multi-step approvals with internal stakeholders and external entities, and prepare tender and contract documentation in cooperation with legal teams. You will run e-procurement procedures in electronic tools (or coordinate external administrators) and ensure successful completion, including contract signature/publication, delivery coordination, acceptance, invoice processing, and inputs for asset records.

Requirements

• Completed full secondary education (business or technical/ICT) or at least 5 years of relevant experience in the last 10 years

• Minimum 2 years of experience with public procurement within the last 5 years (or comparable experience from the private sector)

• General knowledge of ICT and ability to independently research necessary information from internal and external sources, focused on legislation

• Excellent Czech (C2)

• Good English for reading and understanding ICT specifications and contractual terms

• Strong contract terminology precision, careful and precise work style, team spirit, and persistence with complex acquisition processes
