Description

You will analyze and improve internal processes by mapping current workflows (AS-IS) and designing target future-state processes (TO-BE). You’ll identify optimization opportunities, estimate potential time and workload savings (FTE), and translate business needs into practical solutions. You will also define and implement KPIs/SLA, create simple dashboards for monitoring, and administer Jira.

Responsibilities

• Gather stakeholder needs related to processes and translate them into concrete solutions
• Analyze and map current processes (AS-IS) and model/design more efficient target processes (TO-BE)
• Proactively identify areas requiring improvement and propose solutions
• Estimate improvement potential by calculating time/workload savings (FTE)
• Define and implement KPIs and SLAs for analyzed processes; build simple dashboards to monitor them
• Administer Jira

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of practical experience in process analysis and optimization
• Ability to work with stakeholders, propose accurate solutions, and constructively challenge incorrect assumptions
• Independence in selecting analytical tools and methods and in forming recommendations
• Ability to identify and eliminate process irregularities
• Proficiency in combining data from different sources
• Communication skills; collaborate effectively and explain complex technical topics in simple, understandable language
• Responsible approach to handling confidential and sensitive data
• Practical knowledge of Jira
