Description

The role focuses on developing and coordinating Data Governance and Data Quality standards for customer data used in the CRM ecosystem. You will design SQL-driven monitoring for completeness, correctness, consistency, timeliness, and duplicate identification, and analyze root causes when data issues affect segmentation and marketing. You will also define validation rules, KPIs, alerts, and dashboards to enable systematic data quality management and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Data Quality monitoring processes using SQL (completeness, correctness, consistency, timeliness, duplicate detection)

• Monitor data quality and data flow between CRM, CDP, and other platforms; identify issues impacting segmentation and marketing; perform root cause analysis

• Define and evolve data quality standards, validation rules, KPIs, alerts, and dashboards; initiate remediation to prevent recurrence

• Collaborate with CRM, Digital, IT, Data, Legal teams and external partners on business requirements for data quality, availability, and usage; implement Data Governance and privacy requirements

• Prepare analyses, recommendations, and reports on data quality for business stakeholders and management; represent CRM Data perspective in cross-functional projects

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Data Quality, Data Governance, CRM/CDP, customer data, or data analytics

• Very strong SQL

• Practical experience working with large datasets, including customer data (retail, FMCG, or e-commerce preferred)

• Experience with CRM/CDP, DWH, marketing automation, and/or consent management systems

• Very good Polish and English (ability to collaborate freely in an international environment)
