Description

Own monitoring, analysis, and optimization of system and batch processing performance to maintain operational efficiency and reliability. Develop and deliver performance reporting, analytics, and insights, and continuously improve automation tools and processes across production environments. Collaborate with IT, application support, and business teams to resolve issues, drive performance improvements, and support successful production deployments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and optimize system and batch processing performance

• Develop and deliver performance reporting, analytics, and operational insights

• Administer and continuously improve automation tools, processes, and reporting solutions across production environments

• Work with IT, application support, and business teams to resolve issues and drive performance improvements

• Support operational readiness, including business continuity and conversion/deconversion activities, with proactive communication to key stakeholders

Requirements

• Czech or Slovak and English at a communicational level

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field (or equivalent education and relevant experience)

• 2+ years of experience in IT, operations, or the bankcard/payments industry

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify performance trends

• Experience with production support, system monitoring, automation, and operational reporting in complex technology environments
