Description

You will work with colleagues across the department and the wider authority to proactively propose data-driven solutions. Your responsibilities include creating data analyses and data visualizations, building a systematic centralized environment for data management and usage, and implementing automated/robotized processes for working with data.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with colleagues within the department and across the authority; proactively search for solutions for data-related agendas
• Create data analyses and data visualizations using the region’s data
• Build a systematic, centralized environment for managing data and enabling its use
• Introduce automated and robotized processes into data work
• Bring your own ideas to address situations related to the region’s data

Requirements

• University education (Bachelor’s or Master’s study program)
• Experience with Power BI, Power Query, Power Pivot, Power Automate, Python, and similar tools
• Technical knowledge of data warehouses and data cubes
• Experience with SQL
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Responsible, independent, organized, and professionally presentable; able to handle tasks independently and collaborate in a team
• Interest in increasing your qualifications and expanding your expertise

Compensation structure (as described)

• Base salary: 31,230 CZK – 45,260 CZK (depending on experience)
• Personal evaluation: 0 – 45,260 CZK (depending on experience, results, and specialization)
• Quarterly special bonuses: 0–45% of your earnings
