Description

Drive business transformation initiatives by translating client business challenges into practical cloud strategies and solutions. Work on multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud operating models, target architectures, governance, security, and FinOps cost optimization. Build migration plans and roadmaps, support modernization of IT environments for the cloud, and incorporate regulatory requirements (e.g., DORA) into transformation designs.

Responsibilities

• Develop cloud transformation strategies and roadmaps (assessments, migration approaches like 6R/7R, dependency and risk analysis, TCO/business case)

• Analyze business and technological needs and translate them into end-to-end cloud architecture

• Design target operating models (Cloud Operating Model, Landing Zone, cloud standards and guardrails)

• Advise on modernization and adaptation of IT environments to the cloud

• Incorporate regulatory requirements into cloud transformation strategies

• Prepare proposals and comprehensive cloud transformation programs for clients

• Build and maintain long-term client and stakeholder relationships (including C-level)

• Contribute to practice and team development through knowledge sharing and mentoring

Requirements

• Experience in business transformation projects using cloud solutions

• Practical, proven knowledge of Microsoft Azure

• Experience creating cloud migration plans and strategies

• Knowledge of multi-cloud and hybrid cloud (architecture, governance, security, cost optimization/FinOps)

• Knowledge of sovereign cloud solutions

• Minimum 3–5 years in external or internal consulting (experience aligned to level)

• Ability to analyze client needs and translate them into effective technology solutions

• Experience building effective collaboration and long-term client relationships

• English and Polish at a level enabling fluent communication

• Teamwork ability with strong communication and organizational skills

• Additional advantage: experience with GCP or AWS and cloud certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect) or TOGAF
