Description

You will own change and release activities within a major Google Cloud transformation program. Reporting to program managers, you will coordinate business and technical change-related activities across the program and act as the single point of contact.

Responsibilities

• Manage business process and technical changes across the transformation program

• Coordinate and facilitate necessary changes with application development teams

• Manage change and release management processes in alignment with the bank’s internal guidelines

• Coordinate information-sharing and upskilling activities to ensure relevant users are well-prepared for the transition

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Change and Release Management

• Proven practical experience in change and release management within cloud migration projects

• Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills (technical and non-technical teams)

• Ability to drive follow-ups and provide clarity in verbal and written communication

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; can synthesize complex information into actionable insights

• Experience facilitating information sharing and training/upskilling activities

• Excellent English skills (fluent/C1+)

• Proactive, can-do attitude with strong sense of ownership
