Description

You will provide customer support and consulting for a large ERP system (Helios Nephrite), focusing on user requests, incident handling, and solution configuration. The job involves analyzing business processes and proposing suitable solutions, plus supporting implementations, training users, and maintaining technical and user documentation.

Responsibilities

• Implement solutions for customers

• Analyze, resolve, configure user requirements, and bring changes into real use

• Handle reported incidents

• Train users

• Consult with customers and key users

• Prepare and manage technical and user documentation

Requirements

• Basic orientation in ERP systems (Helios Nephrite preferred)

• Knowledge of databases and working with data (MS SQL preferred)

• Ability to analyze user requirements and suggest solutions

• Basic understanding of enterprise processes (logistics and transportation)

• Orientation in warehousing, sales/business processes, economics, and invoicing

• Experience in customer support (HelpDesk, Hotline)

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)

• Ability to test new functionality and document solutions
