Description

As an ERP consultant, you will work with Infor LN to connect and optimize production planning and control, purchasing, warehouse operations, and related processes. Using your production-environment experience, you will analyze customer processes and gradually take responsibility for designing and implementing ERP solutions. You will also test configurations and customizations and support change through training and consulting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing processes from TPV and costing through MRP/MPS to production execution and control

• Implement Infor LN in manufacturing companies and configure processes for production, purchasing, sales, and warehouses

• Parameterize Infor LN according to customer processes, organizational structures, and management style

• Use standard ERP functions and specify customer-specific customizations where standard solutions are insufficient

• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with developers working on ERP customizations

• Test configured solutions and customer customizations before go-live

• Prepare and deliver presentations and trainings for Infor LN for key and end users

• Collaborate with consultants, developers, and sales on solutions for new and existing customers

• Provide consulting for changes in manufacturing and logistics processes and for further ERP development

Requirements

• Knowledge of manufacturing business processes, ideally engineering production, including production and logistics (TPV, costing, MRP/MPS, production control, sales, purchasing, warehouses)

• Experience with an enterprise information system used for production management and related logistics

• Ability to analyze customer processes and translate needs into concrete ERP configuration

• Ability to clearly present solutions, train users, and lead professional discussions with customers

• English proficiency for presentations, training, and communication on international projects

• Driver’s license category B

• Ability to learn a new software application quickly

• SQL knowledge and Infor LN experience are advantageous
