Description

You will coordinate and develop IT projects in a digital environment—from capturing, analyzing, and aligning process requirements to conception, implementation, and continuous further development. The role includes steering internal project groups and coordinating external service providers, as well as creating IT concepts, architectures, and solution designs aligned with stakeholders. You’ll also support cross-department digitalization initiatives, including Microsoft 365, infrastructure, IT services, and specialist IT procedures, working closely with IT operations and IT security teams.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of onboarding, analysis, and alignment of process requirements across different functional areas
  • Develop IT projects in the DIHK context from concept through delivery to continuous improvement
  • Coordinate and manage internal project groups and external vendors
  • Help drive digitalization initiatives and cross-functional IT projects (e.g., Microsoft 365, infrastructure, IT services, specialist procedures)
  • Create IT concepts, architectures, and solution designs; align with relevant stakeholders and support implementation
  • Support functional and technical coordination between business units, IT teams, and external partners, working closely with IT operations and IT security

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or comparable higher vocational education
  • First experience in project management and interest in IT and digitalization projects
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, especially SharePoint Online and the Power Platform
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure
  • Ideally experience with AI agents, Large Language Models, and modern automation/workflow technologies
  • Excellent communication skills to structure complex topics for different audiences
  • Team spirit, service-oriented approach, and enjoyment of digital innovation
  • Independent, reliable, and solution-focused working style
  • German proficiency at a business-negotiation level (written and spoken)
