Description

Manage, monitor, maintain, and support network infrastructure and connectivity services. Install and maintain network devices (switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless), execute network changes and upgrades, and troubleshoot incidents using root cause analysis. Track availability, performance, and capacity metrics, ensure compliance with security and documentation standards, and support infrastructure projects in coordination with vendors and telecom providers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage network infrastructure and related connectivity services

  • Install, configure, and maintain switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless solutions

  • Execute network changes, system upgrades, patches, and hardware lifecycle replacements

  • Troubleshoot day-to-day incidents and contribute to root cause analysis (RCA) of recurring problems

  • Track network availability, performance, and capacity metrics; maintain service quality

  • Ensure network setups and daily activities follow operational standards, security policies, and documentation rules

  • Maintain technical documentation covering network topologies, configurations, procedures, and known errors

  • Provide hands-on engineering support for ongoing infrastructure projects and continuous improvement

  • Coordinate with external vendors and telecom service providers to resolve issues and optimize services

Requirements

  • Solid hands-on experience supporting and maintaining network infrastructure (switching, routing, firewalls, wireless, VPN, WAN, LAN)

  • Hands-on technical knowledge of Cisco and Cato Networks

  • Working knowledge of network monitoring tools and troubleshooting workflows

  • Experience with incident handling, problem analysis, preventive maintenance, and technical writing

  • Understanding of infrastructure dependencies, operational processes, and service continuity

  • Willingness to learn and share insights on recent AI developments in networking

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on engineering attitude focused on end-user experience

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills across internal teams and external partners in a global environment
