Project Delivery Manager

Client is migrating its enterprise collaboration and workplace tools to Microsoft. This role leads the operational and technical strategy for Digital Technology Diagnostics (RDT DIA), ensuring our migration runs smoothly without impacting business operations or deliverables.Your responsibilities:Guide the DIA Business Partner Network: Lead and align MOVE RDT DIA Business Partners across all sub-domains to hit shared transition targets.Manage Dependencies & Trade-Offs: Evaluate complex system dependencies - such as legacy workflows, custom databases, and shared sites - to make practical decisions on cohort migration timing.Executive Risk Communication: Synthesize operational risks into clear business impacts and choices for senior steering committees.Protect Business Continuity: Work with central tech and migration leads to deploy software smoothly and eliminate business downtime.We are looking for you, if you have:3+ years of experience in IT Project/Program Management, Change Management, or IT Business Partnering.Experience working in a complex, global matrix organization.Proven experience with large-scale enterprise software or digital workplace migrations, ideally involving Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or similar cloud productivity platforms.Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Experience managing complex project risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.Ability to work effectively with both senior business stakeholders and technical teams.Experience with project tracking and collaboration tools such as monday.com or similar.Strong understanding of change management and business continuity in technology transformation projects.Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical topics into clear business language.Fluent English, both written and spoken.We offer:Participation in interesting and demanding projects.Flexible working hours.A great, non-corporate atmosphere.Possibility to work remote or hybrid (2 days per week from the office).Opportunities for development and promotion.Attractive package of benefits.We reserve the right to contact the selected candidates.
