Description

You will identify business processes suitable for automation and build AI agents that automate workflows in areas such as customer service (chat, email, voice), fuel stations, convenience stores, electromobility, and energy & gas—also supporting marketing. The work includes designing LLM-based solutions with multi-step reasoning, tool use, context retrieval with RAG, and conversation memory, then optimizing results using business and client satisfaction metrics. You will implement and operate solutions on Google Cloud Platform, particularly Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform (Vertex AI), and integrate them with domain systems according to IT and security standards.

Responsibilities

• Identify business processes for automation

• Build AI agents for domains: customer service (chat/email/voice), fuel stations, convenience shops, electromobility, energy & gas, marketing

• Develop LLM-based solutions using multi-step reasoning, tools, RAG context retrieval, and conversation memory

• Optimize solutions based on business, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics

• Design tests, perform quality evaluation, and monitor solution effectiveness

• Work on Google Cloud Platform (Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform / Vertex AI) using platform IT services

• Integrate solutions with domain systems in collaboration with IT and corporate architects, following technology and security standards

• Contribute to the first implementations as part of a newly formed team

Requirements

• Higher education (preferred: economics, mathematics, computer science or related)

• Business- and customer-oriented thinking (not only coding)

• 3+ years of experience in process automation, AI/ML, software development, and/or integrations

• Experience with LLM-based solutions (RAG, tool use, API integrations) or with production AI agent builds

• Excellent Python skills

• Practical knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (or similar)

• Experience integrating systems via APIs

• Experience with production-grade practices: testing, CI/CD, monitoring

• Communicative English

• Independence, effectiveness, responsibility, and readiness to collaborate with business stakeholders
