Description

Own the platform’s agency/producer operating system, including compliance, sign-in, account management, and role-based access. Lead the strategy and execution to rebuild the platform so it scales from individual agents to large agencies, including migration to an agency-to-producer structure with richer roles and permissions. Partner with design, engineering, and the US business team to balance compliance requirements and technical constraints while measuring impact.

Responsibilities

  • Define product strategy, requirements, user flows, and decision frameworks
  • Consolidate and prioritize roadmap items currently owned by interim stakeholders
  • Drive the agency-to-producer migration and design the roles/permissions model
  • Build for scale so agencies can start small and grow without outgrowing the platform
  • Turn US insurance compliance requirements into automated, auditable lifecycle flows (onboarding, updates, expirations, terminations)
  • Lead across teams by defining contracts and migration paths that reduce friction across the company
  • Collaborate to define success metrics and coordinate cross-team roadmap delivery

Requirements

  • 5+ years in product management with successful product delivery
  • Customer-first mindset and strong user empathy
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to create roadmaps from unclear ownership
  • Strong communication and relationship-building across engineering, design, and business
  • Experience with large migrations or re-architectures involving cross-team dependencies
  • Track record building products with trust/compliance/policy constraints
  • Based in Poland; fluent English and Polish (written and spoken)
  • Comfortable working with partial overlap to U.S. Pacific time
