Description

You’ll join a full-time 6-week Pega accelerator program starting in December, learning the technical foundations of Pega, low-code development, and enterprise architectures. After training, you’ll support software lifecycle work in project teams and develop toward either a Business Architect (processes and requirements) or a System Architect (technical implementations). The program includes coaching and support to help you obtain official Pega certifications.

Responsibilities

• Weeks 1–6: Intensive Pega training, including architecture concepts such as “Layer Cake” and “Center-Out”

• From week 7: Work in interdisciplinary project teams across the software lifecycle (from requirements gathering to deployment)

• Business Architect track: Model business processes (e.g., in BPMN) and translate them into Pega system requirements

• System Architect track: Build scalable data models, configure interfaces (Pega Constellation), and integrate with existing enterprise infrastructure

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Informatics, a technical discipline, or related

• Understand that low-code does not replace analytical/logical thinking and architectural best practices

• Strong motivation to dive into complex technical topics

• Excellent communication skills and willingness to work in a team

• Advanced English communication skills

• Start in December
