Description

DevSecOps Engineer to design, build, and operate security controls for cloud-native platforms, turning security policy into code and enabling engineers to ship secure software at high frequency. You will automate security processes (vulnerability scanning, access monitoring, and intrusion detection), embed compliance checks into CI/CD pipelines, and implement AI security defenses. You’ll partner with 1st/2nd line InfoSec teams to assess risk and translate technical security work into practical guidance.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy security controls and guardrails across cloud-native platforms, including AI security solutions

• Run password audits, network and web application vulnerability scans, and intrusion detection to close security gaps

• Automate security processes as code and embed compliance and IaC checks into CI/CD pipelines

• Conduct risk audits and translate findings into actionable recommendations

• Monitor and analyze system access logs; flag anomalies and support incident response

• Plan and test security backup and disaster recovery processes

• Work with InfoSec teams as solution customers, translating work for product and engineering audiences

Requirements

• Practical experience writing and deploying applications or tooling in AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud-native environments

• Demonstrable skills deploying AI security solutions, guardrails, and defenses for AI systems used by customers

• Proficiency in at least one of C#, Python, Java, PowerShell, or Bash for security automation

• Working knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and Compliance as Code practices

• Ability to operate in Agile, DevOps-driven teams with frequent continuous delivery

• Confident stakeholder management and ability to translate security risks into actionable language
