Description

As a Space Data Administrator, you support the reliability and accuracy of workplace data by maintaining space and occupancy systems through routine data entry, validation, and record keeping. You ensure changes to the office environment are reflected accurately in the systems according to established standards and procedures. Your attention to detail helps deliver a clean, consistent foundation for reporting and decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine data entry to update workplace platforms, reflecting changes in building layouts and occupancy
  • Assist in verifying data accuracy through checklists and standard validation procedures
  • Follow established space standards and business rules to ensure consistency
  • Prepare simple, recurring reports as directed by team members
  • Manage assigned administrative tasks, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Support the collection of data updates from internal stakeholders
  • Participate in training sessions to learn new platform features and process updates
  • Maintain accurate records and help organize team documentation
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High school with leaving exam or Bachelor’s level degree in a relevant field
  • Basic understanding of data entry, record keeping, or administrative procedures
  • High attention to detail and a structured, methodical approach to routine tasks
  • Solid organizational skills with the ability to follow set processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Outlook, Word
  • Willingness to learn space management platforms such as Manhattan, Archibus, TRIRIGA, or Planon
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • English language proficiency: advanced B2
  • Work permit in the Czech Republic
