You will manage and evolve a recommendation product for the homepage, building a content mix strategy and product vision. You will collaborate with developers and researchers to ship product changes, define success metrics, and validate impact through A/B testing and data interpretation. You’ll translate user needs into clear product requirements while coordinating with other teams.

Responsibilities

• Own product management for the homepage recommendation system
• Create and articulate the product vision and propose the ideal content composition
• Implement product changes in collaboration with engineers and researchers
• Propose and track metrics to verify product and user value
• Run A/B tests on recommendation models and interpret measured data
• Communicate with other teams, gather/prioritize feedback, and convert needs into product requirements

Requirements

• Experience in product management or involvement in product decisions
• Ability to differentiate content types, discuss them, and describe them clearly
• Empathy for user needs and capability to turn them into product requirements
• Ability to work with data to test hypotheses independently
• Knowledge of Python, Jupyter, or SQL for hypothesis validation
